Do you provide services year-round?
Rain or shine, snow or sleet, we are on the job. NLC Scoops operates 12 months a year and will always show up when weather conditions are safe regardless of rain, snow, or other unfavorable weather conditions. If we are unable to provide service for one week due to unsafe conditions, we will perform double duty the following week.
How often do pet waste removal services come?
NLC Scoops offers our premier pooper scooper service packages to best fit your needs and budget: weekly, biweekly, monthly cleanup options are available!
When should I book pooper scooper services?
Anytime! We’re ready to serve year-round, regardless of weather conditions. For weekly service, we recommend starting immediately. However, for one-time spring cleanups after a winter without scooping, it's best to wait until snow and ice have melted. This ensures we can thoroughly clean your yard and provide the best value. If you need immediate service despite snow coverage, contact us, and we'll work out a solution tailored to your needs.
How much do dog waste removal services cost?
Our dog poop removal services start at $20 for a small yard with one dog. Prices increase based on yard size and the number of dogs.
Do you clean the entire yard?
Most companies do not try to clean your entire yard. At NLC Scoops, our premier pooper scooper service package will clean any areas of your property that have dog poop, including yards, flower beds, dog runs, gravel, etc. If your dog pooped, it's getting scooped.
Where does the waste go?
Collected waste bags will be double bagged & disposed of in the designated garbage can. If we are unable to access the garbage can, we will place the waste bag in a designated spot within the yard and notify the you upon completing our scoop.
What time will you be at my home?
We operate with set service days to keep costs low and do not provide specific time of day for our service. We work from 7:30 AM until dark. You'll get a text about 60 minutes before arrival, or 15-30 minutes if you're first on the route. Your day remains consistent weekly, and we'll notify you of any changes in advance.
Do I need to be home for pooper scooper services?
You do not need to be home during the appointment; as long as your dogs are secured inside, we will service your yard.
How does billing work?
Our service starts by prorating the first month you begin with us, plus an initial cleaning charge for additional time and labor. Afterward, you'll be set on convenient auto-pay, with monthly payment automatically billed on the 1st of every new month. Think of it as a hassle-free, ongoing yard care subscription!
Do I have to sign a contract?
